What We Collect
- Account info: your name, email, company name, and password (stored as a salted hash).
- Business data you enter: clients, projects, estimates, proposals, invoices, payments, receipts, employees, time entries, and related records.
- Usage information: server logs, browser type, IP address, pages visited, actions taken. We use this to operate and secure the Service.
- Payment details: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How We Use It
- To provide and improve the Service.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional emails (password resets, proposal sends, invoice sends, payment confirmations).
- To respond to support requests.
- To detect and prevent abuse or security incidents.
How We Do Not Use It
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train AI models for third parties.
Where It Lives
Your data is stored on servers operated on our behalf. We use industry-standard practices for encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest.
Your Rights
You can view, edit, export, or delete your data at any time from within the app. If you delete your account, we will remove your data from active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes).
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will notify you by email or in-app before the change takes effect.
